What do you expect to gain from this project & what benefits can students obtain through social engagement?

As a university course, I think ‘Social Engagement’ is underrated. Only halfway into the semester and I’ve already learnt so much about task delegation, time management, fund-raising, teamwork and paperwork. All these I learnt from working my teammates (course mates) who have more experience in putting together and carrying out projects. They are wonderful people to work with and are committed to making this project a success, being crucial to its initial planning. Through ‘Social Engagement’, I hope to continue to acquaint myself with teammates, and see how we as undergraduate students, can impact the community in a positive way to support the creation of a knowledge-based society in Malaysia as we carry out ‘Wondermaths’.
